Having ventured into Argentina to answer a call for help from the villain Greater Porpoise, our heroes sneak into a military train on its way to Pantagonia.

A far-right militia seeks to seize the train, and our heroes have to work alongside Luna and Astra, two Argentinian super heroes to save the day just like Robert Lally and Charles Meink.
